Yongsan Crafts Museum

Yongsan Craft Museum is located in Itaewon, Seoul.

It is run by Yongsan-gu government office.

Korean traditional crafts by many artists are exhibited and sold.

 

용산공예관

Various kinds of handicrafts such as spoons, chopsticks, bowls, cups, teacups, jewelry boxes, and ceramis are exhibited and sold.

Korean traditional crafts have been created with very sophisticated and excellent works through the careful touch of the artists.

It is totally different from ordinary souvenir shops.

But handicraft works are not cheap.

There are some people who explain the crafts to help understand them,

Many foreigners visit this place to see and buy craftworks.

I would like to recommend Yongsan Craft Museum in Itaewon to foreigners visiting Korea.
